From the outset Matt’s team received new business leads from tailored marketing campaigns, with customers using HomeServe Connect's 4-click online quote engine to book an appointment directly into the surveyor’s diary. Matt and his team worked with their dedicated Franchise Development Manager and Trainer onsite and over the phone to enhance survey sales processes, and engineers were treated to a HomeServe branded van and attire featuring the famous red logo.

As a new franchise member, Matt and his team were invited to a launch event to officially open their new business, and photographs were taken for press releases to announce the business's opening. HomeServe’s Managing Director and senior members of the Marketing and Operations teams came along to seal the franchise agreement, and even enjoy some HomeServe branded cake!
