Boiler Installation

With the lifespan of a boiler averaging at 10-15 years, sooner or later the time will come to upgrade your existing boiler. Wherever you live in the UK, our network of HomeServe Heating approved installers can help.

HomeServe Heating has local heating companies located across England, Wales and Scotland and can professionally install your brand new boiler for a competitive price.

Each boiler we install is rated A for efficiency and will burn the minimum amount of fuel possible. Depending on the rating of your existing boiler, when you upgrade to a brand new A-rated model, with full heating controls, you could save hundreds of pounds on your annual heating bill*.

We provide a variety of boiler options to suit each home and budget, and customers can choose from leading brands including Ideal, Alpha, Worcester Bosch, Valliant, Baxi and Glow-worm.

Boiler Service

Booking an annual boiler service with HomeServe Heating will ensure your boiler is safe to use and keep your manufacturer’s warranty valid if you have one.

All HomeServe local engineers are Gas Safe registered and experienced with servicing all types of boilers. They will check your boiler meets current industry standards and identify any potential faults it may have.

A fully serviced boiler will not only ensure your warranty is up to date, but it will also help ensure its longevity and efficiency.

Boiler Repair

If you are experiencing problems with your hot water or boiler, HomeServe Heating’s network of Gas Safe registered engineers are able to help restore your central heating system as quickly as possible.

They are trained and equipped to handle a large variety of repairs, including poor circulation, broken boilers and loss of hot water.

With franchises located across the UK, we will send an engineer to your property to get your heating up and running again with the minimum of disruption to your daily routine.

Smart thermostat installation

A smart thermostat will take control of your household heating, intelligently learning your lifestyle patterns and heating your home to the right temperature when you require it.

Google’s Nest and tado are two of the most popular and powerful smart thermostats on the market. Our engineers are able to help recommend a solution that is suited to your budget and home.

By only heating your property when you need it to, a smart thermostat can give you greater control over your heating, save you money off your energy bill and even help reduce your carbon footprint.

Gas Safety Certificate

Under UK law, it is a legal requirement for landlords and owners of commercial premises to have all gas appliances checked and serviced annually. Also known in the trade as a CP12, the gas safety certificate is proof that all appliances are in full working condition and safe to use.

Our engineers will carry out a full inspection, making sure any potential issues are examined and the appliances are operating safely and effectively.

Powerflush

A system powerflush will help improve the overall efficiency of your central heating system by removing any unwanted debris causing problems in your boiler or central heating system.

By flushing chemically-treated water through your system, a powerflush will help restore full circulation, distributing heat evenly throughout the property.

Along with improving the performance of your central heating system, a powerflush can also help to address a number of faults, including cold patches on the radiators, premature component failure and reduce boiler noise.

Appliance Repairs And Service

As well as looking after your boiler, our Gas Safe registered engineers can also service and repair your household gas appliances. Our skilled engineers will thoroughly test your appliances to ensure they're in good condition and safe to use.

Running a stringent series of tests, we will test the performance and safety of your gas appliances, helping to guard against future problems and potentially reducing their running cost by increasing efficiency.

After a successful service, the engineer will present you with a certificate that details the work carried out and shows it has been checked in accordance with gas safety standards.
